Our Terms  & Conditions

Deposit:

 

  • We require a deposit of 30 % within 14 days. 
  • Using IBAN and BIC(Swift) codes means a bank transfer within the EU costs the same as inland transfers.
  • For bank transfers from abroad (non-EU countries) bank fees incurred must be paid by the sender.
  • Please enter your name and holiday dates as reason for bank transfer.
  • We will send you  a booking confirmation on receipt of your deposit. We will not contact you if you do not send a deposit.  

Cancellation Insurance:

 

To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees we recommend you take out cancellation insurance. We can offer you this in co-operation with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

 

Excerpt from the Genaral Hotel Terms & Conditions 
 

Cancellations acc. to Terms & Conditions § 5:  Cancellation fees will be charged without exception. Cancellatio ncharges are calculated according to the  General Hotel Terms & Conditions § 5 para. 5.5 - 5.6

In the event of late arrival or early departure the cost of the whole booked stay will be charged.

 

Provision of subsitute accommodation acc. Terms & Conditions § 6

 

  • 6.1 The accommodation owner may provide guests with adequate subsitute accommodation (of the same quality) provided that this is reasonable for the guests, particularly if the difference is insignificant and objectively justified.
  • 6.2 An objective justification shall, for example, be deemed given if the room(s) has/have become unusable, guests that have already been accommodated prolong their stay, the establishmnt is overbooked or this becomes necessary due to other important operational activities.
  • 6.3 Any extra expenses arising from such substitue accommodation shall be paid by the accommodation owner.  

Method of Payment:

 

We kindly request payment by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash on arrival. We do not accept payment by credit card.

 

What else you need to know:

 

  • The prices stated are per night for the stated number of persons.
  • Extra charge for end of stay cleaning € 50,00 - € 100,00 per apartment 
  • Prices exclude local taxés of € 2,00 per  person per night over 15 years.
  • Bread roll delivery service is available
  • Our guests enjoy a discount of 10% off ski rental at the Fischbacher Sports Shop in Flachau.
